The Ministry of Civil Affairs of China has issued standardized names in Chinese, Tibetan and Pinyin according to the country name standards issued by the State Council, the cabinet of the People's Republic of China.

This list includes detailed classifications for two land areas, two habitats, five mountains and two rivers, and their administrative regions below.

The state-run Global Times newspaper said on Monday that this is the third category of organized regional designation for Arunachal Pradesh given by China's Ministry of National Welfare, and the first ranking of six places in 2017. and the second category of 15th place in 2021.

India has already rejected China's decision to change the name to Arunachal Pradesh, saying that the state has always been and will be an integral part of India and that the identity of the invented name does not change anything.

The Global Times quoted Chinese experts as saying that announcing the name was the right decision and that the Chinese government has the right to regulate regional names. At the same time, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs of India said that the identity of the invented name and place in Arunachal Pradesh does not change the fact that the state is an integral part of India.
