Another blast hit a vehicle in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. This is the second explosion in the last 8 hours in the area. The second explosion occurred at 10:45 p.m. on a bus in Domail chowk.

Earlier, two people were injured after an explosion occurred in an empty bus parked at a petrol pump in Udhampur on Wednesday night.

The incident took place around 10:30 pm near an oil refinery at Domail Chowk in Udhampur area. The blast also damaged other cars parked nearby. The injured were shifted to Udhampur district hospital. Police and security personnel rushed to the scene immediately after the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

“The explosion happened at around 10:30 pm. Two people were injured in the incident and the cars parked in the area were also damaged. The cause of the explosion is still unknown. We are investigating the matter,” said Suleman Choudhary, DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range.
