Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur, who is gearing up for his
upcoming film, Gumraah, believes that good sleep is an important part of
physical health and a healthy lifestyle. Aditya is one of the most sought-after
boys in Bollywood who is very healthy and women are drooling over him.
The actor told on news channel: "Though for this film,
we won't plan a tough training for me because my character doesn't have to be
completely ripped, in general I am trying make sure I get enough sleep. Sleep,
diet and exercise are important. The three pillars of a healthy lifestyle.
He mentioned, "7-8 hours of sleep is a must for the
body to attain its full potential when it's awake, I feel. Another important
thing is one should be consistent with the workouts. It should not be that you
do an intense workout for a period of time and then be casual about it. Go for
a less intense workout but make sure you do them on a regular basis.
Consistency pays off in the long run."
'Gumraah', which also stars Mrunal Thakur, sees Aditya
playing dual roles. The film will hit the theaters on April 7.
On a personal level, Aditya Roy Kapur is making headlines
for his alleged relationship with Ananya Panday. The lovebirds were rumored to
be on fire recently when they performed for Manish Malhotra at Lakme Fashion
Week 2023.
